Our Story

Welcome to Sally’s Bakes, a small business that provides free from cakes and treats, perfect for those with food intolerances. My name is Sally and I started this business because I myself have a gluten intolerance and I struggled to find tasty baked goods that catered to my dietary needs. 
 
After years of experimenting with different ingredients and recipes, I discovered how to make delicious cakes and treats that are gluten-free, dairy-free and egg-free (if desired). Alongside my own dietary requirements, I also cater to vegan and nut-free diets. I do everything I can to prevent dairy and egg cross-contamination by baking vegan goods on different days.
 
At Sally’s Bakes, we use only the highest quality ingredients and everything is handmade from scratch, ensuring that our cakes and treats are not only delicious but also safe and suitable for anyone with a food intolerance.
We specialise in celebration cakes for all occasions, from birthdays to weddings and everything in-between.  We also offer a range of cupcakes, cookies, and other treats to suit different tastes.
